NOT covered by the flat fee plan?
The following costs are not covered:
- Replacement hardware and software
- Shipping
- Software licensing, renewal or upgrades
- Special projects
NetQuest will never perform any of the
above services without your approval. To
help you budget for these added costs, we
will provide you with as much advance notice
as possible.

their time when it comes to hands on technology
hardware issues. Clients with this arrangement
count on NetQuest for critical network support
functions, such as server maintenance, user
